Tracking an Order Password Assistance Order History Update Your Information How to use the Forum

We have supplied all of your account needs on one page. After logging on you will be able to use track orders, update your information, view your order history, obtain detailed information on how to use the forum, and receive password assistance. Below you will find detailed information about each category.

Tracking an Order
After you have logged into your account, you will be notified by email of any order status changes.

Password Assistance
Lost or forgot your password? We can help. Just click on the 'Password forgotten?' section of the Resellers Login page and type in your address. We will then send the password to your email address.

Order History
After you have logged into your account, you can track your orders by clicking on the Order History section. Here you will find out the status, date and items of your past or current orders. You will also be able to view your order history and address book with up to 5 addresses.

Update Your Information
This section provides you with the freedom to change your information in regards to personal details, address, contact information, newsletter options, and login information. You are not allowed to use names that end with; .com, .net, .org or any such names that lead a consumer to a webpage or e-mail address. Advertising is prohibited unless otherwise used as a button link to an advertising page that is provided by KaseIT Inc. How to use the Forum
The forum is a great place to discuss interesting and pertinent information with other venders. If you do not have an account, click on the 'click here to register' section and fill out a few simple questions. When you have completed that process, you must check your email and activate the account by clicking on the link they have provided for you. After the account is activated you are now able to post, read and browse the forum.

Posting a message is done by clicking on the button and inserting both a subject header and message. Click the 'submit' button and your new message will be posted.
