SALES TAX EXEMPTION
KaseIT Inc. sells and releases products to
resellers and wholesalers only. We do not engage in direct taxation to
the end-user since we act as a distribution outlet for manufacturing.
Companies purchasing
from KaseIT Inc. must provide a copy of their reseller certificate
issued by said state and fill out a signed taxation certificate to be
kept on file as acknowledged proof of your intentions of exemption.
For Your Information:
A person may be guilty of a misdemeanor under Revenue and Taxation Code
section 6094.5 if the purchaser knows at the time of purchase that he or
she will not resell the purchased item prior to any use (other than
retention, demonstration, or display while holding it for resale) and he
or she furnishes a resale certificate to avoid payment to the seller of
an amount as tax. Additionally, a person misusing a resale certificate
for personal gain or to evade the payment of tax is liable, for each
purchase, for the tax that would have been due, plus a penalty of 10
percent of the tax or $500, whichever is more. For more information on

Payment Terms and
Options
All payments are due
with receipt of order and prior to product shipment. KaseIT will accept
Cashier’s Checks, Wire Transfer (outside of California
only), PAYPAL and the following Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, JCB, Dinners Club and American Express
Charge Cards. Check/ATM cards will also be accepted with the Visa
and MC logo. If payment is made by Reseller Business Check,
shipment may be delayed until the payment check has cleared bank
processing. Returned checks will be subject to a $50 service charge or
the maximum allowable by governing state law, and may be grounds for
immediate closure of your reseller account. KaseIT may agree to
establish Net-Tern open account after 6mo/one-year of
established business with KaseIT. KaseIT reserves the right to
establish credit limits, and may refuse credit based upon reseller’s
credit information and lack of business relationship with KaseIT.
PayPal Conditions:
KaseIT accepts PayPal payments under the following
conditions:
- Merchant must be established with PayPal
for the minimum amount of time of 1 year.
- Merchant must have set-up an account that is
confirmed by PayPal.
- Merchant monthly minimum purchases must be
$3,000.00. (Averaged within a 90 day period).
- Mexico and Canada: KaseIT will not pay for
conversion rates. KaseIT will charge a fee of 3% to cover
conversion rate fees imposed by PayPal.

Telephone Orders
KaseIT will accept phone orders once a reseller account
has been established. If an account with our company has yet to be
established, please refer to Becoming a Reseller so that we have
the necessary information on file prior to calling and attempting on
placing an order. All Phone orders are expected to be paid via Credit
Card, unless a net term account has been established. Please make sure
that you order from the correct office prior to placing your order. By
calling our toll free number (888) 675.2551, you will have two
options: Our California Sales Division and our out of state as
well as
Canada and Mexico Sales Division.
Sorry, we only sell to the USA, Canada and Mexico. Please contact
Krusell direct if you are in need of product in another country.

International Order Policy
All funds must be in US dollars.
Please make sure the e-mail address submitted with your order is correct
and active, we will need to contact you via e-mail to verify shipping
costs.
If we are shipping outside of the United States our International
Policy applies. The United States includes the 48 contiguous states,
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. All other
countries are considered International. At this time we only will ship
to the following countries outside of the
USA:
Canada and Mexico.
Shipping costs for International orders COULD vary from those shown on
the "shopping cart". When we receive your order, we will contact you
via e-mail to inform you of the actual shipping costs IF DIFFERENT FROM
THAT OF THE SHOPPING CART, you will be given an opportunity to approve
the order at that time. Please note: it is impossible for us to
estimate shipping costs PRIOR to you submitting an order. Orders can be
emailed in to
orders@kaseit.com or
processed via our online shopping cart.
Any and all import taxes, fees or surcharges that may be due at delivery
are NOT included in your total. We recommend that you contact your
customs office in your country prior to placing an order with our
company. Your customs office should be able to give you an idea of the
process you need to follow to import to your country from the
USA.
Before shipping to
Canada
and Mexico, if using a credit card to make your purchase, we will
require further proof of ownership of the credit card being used. You
will get an e-mail outlining a few simple steps that must be done to
complete the order.

Ordering
and shopping with KaseIT
KaseIT Inc. is not a
reseller to the end-consumer. We have been established as a
distribution source in North America for Krusell products. We ONLY sell
to Resellers and smaller distribution sources. On the other hand, we
will never turn away questions, comments, advice and even complaint that
end-users may have about the product, our services or our resellers.
Entering our shopping cart requires prior authorization and access will
ONLY be given to authorized resellers. Prior affiliation with Krusell
does not grant access to KaseIT. All resellers must go through the
authorization process to gain access and receive pricing information.
By clicking on Becoming a Reseller, we will take you to where you
will have all the information and documentation to receive access to
pricing and shopping on our site.
The KaseIT site has
been designed for both the reseller and end-user. The only access that
is not granted to end-users is pricing. End-users are welcome in our
forum where users can talk back and forth about Krusell products,
ask questions to KaseIT or Krusell direct and then select a reseller
that you feel comfortable buying from. We also have a listing of
resellers in our reseller directory and our sponsored
resellers that have placed ads on our site for you buying
convenience.

Promotional
Dollars
KaseIT understands
the importance of promoting, advertising, merchandising and giveaways to
establish and promote the Krusell name as an effort to increase sales
and establish a strong market share.
As a distributor, we
offer our resellers promotional dollars to purchase from the array of
different products available in our Promotional and Merchandising
area, products that are associated with in store and related promotional
products.
Here is how it all
works:
- Products that you
purchase from our website with exception to promotional products, will
earn points that will equal to dollars that can be spent to purchase
promotional and merchandising products.
- Points will equal
2% of the total purchase minus any promotional products purchased,
shipping, handing and any fees that are not associated with the sale
of products. Services such as advertising for banners or in-store
promotions as well as purchases made outside of our website will not
generate bonus dollars.
- Dollars purchased
are averaged out to the nearest dollar.
- Points are
generated at the end of the sale, so you will not be able to use
points generated on a current order until the next order.
- Points can not be
used for regular merchandise such as Cases, Clips or Accessories,
Shipping Handling or Insurance, only for promotional items. Customers
will be able to use the Dollars points system on an order containing
promotional items, but the points will only reflect to the promotional
items and not the regular items
- Points can
accumulate to a maximum of 2,500 points, at which point no other
points can be added. Points must be used prior to adding more points.
- A limit will be
set to 500 points to be used per order generated. Exceptions will be
made for larger accounts.
- Points cannot be
transferred to and from accounts.

What is
MAP
MAP is a voluntarily
agreement that all legitimate manufacturer authorized retailers enter into
with their authorized North American supplier, usually the manufacturer, in
our case (Krusell International AB) and in some cases, the official USA
distribution arm designated by the manufacturer (KaseIT Inc). According to
such agreements, retailers can usually sell MAP restricted items for any
price they choose, but may not display or announce to the general public in
any print, television, radio and or online advertising, pricing below the
Minimum Advertised Price.
KaseIT Inc. enforces such guidelines (MAP) to adhere to the policies set
forth by manufacturing, once a customer of KaseIT, resellers and
distributors alike are required to adhere by such guidelines. KaseIT Inc.
does not police this policy, but will enforce it. If a reseller,
distributor or manufacturer contacts KaseIT to notify us of such a
violation, we are required to notify both the customer in violation and
manufacturing of such violation.
Policy:
- MAP is shown on price
list issued by KaseIT.
- It is recommended that
pricing is maintained at MSRP and to fluctuate between the MAP.
- Advertising products
at MAP is highly discouraged.
- Since MAP is a policy
that is set and maintained by manufacturing, buying from another
distribution source will not allow pricing fluctuations or
inconsistencies.
- Once a violation
occurs, we are required to notify the reseller or distribution source and
flag the account.
- First occurrence:
Notify customer and be asked to make the requested adjustments.
- Second occurrence:
Notify both the customer and manufacturing.
- Third occurrence:
Suspend reseller or distribution privileges.
