• All KaseIT store products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of your product's arrival date.  Product arrival dates can be confirmed with couriers tracking.  A limit is set to (2) returns and or exchanges per year.  No money value will be returned to the reseller, a restocking fee maybe assessed and in case of a return, only a credit to the customers account will be issued.
     
  • Clearance items or any specially priced items may not be returned unless only when defective and within 3 days of your product's arrival date.
     
  • Product arrival dates can be confirmed with either couriers tracking or delivery confirmation numbers. After 7 days (3 days for Clearance items or any specially priced items), if a Return Material Authorization is approved, a 33% restocking fee will be assessed.
     
  • KaseIT will not pay for return shipping on exchanges, unless fault of KaseIT.
     
  • All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
     
  • Original packaging including cardboard inserts for cases and blister packaging is NOT returnable for credit.
     
  • Please allow approximately 10 - 15 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
     
  • If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days after we receive the product you are returning.
     
  • KaseIT reserves the right to refuse an RMA on any bases and set limits on the amount of RMA claims per year.

  Procedures:
1.  Contact your assigned sales representative to notify them of your intent.
2.  E-mail claims@KaseIT.com for an RMA number.
          a.  List all part numbers, description and defects in your e-mail to our claims department.
          b.  Tag all items with a part number, description and defect. (Note: Items not properly tagged will not be
               accepted).
          c.  A list of the items sent must accompany your claim.
3.  Wait for an RMA number to be e-mailed back to you to authorize the claim. 
4.  The RMA number must appear on the package.  (If a claim is sent in to us without an RMA number, the
     package will be returned back to the reseller/distributor at the senders/reseller/distributor expense).
5.  Credit to the reseller will be made within 5-7 working days from the date the shipment is received.
6.  Shipping fees to us and back to the reseller/distributor is the responsibility of the reseller/distributor.
7.  Return and exchange claims will have NO monetary value.
8.  Replacements will be made with the same items sent.  No substitutions will be accepted or awarded.
9.  If an item has been discontinued, a replacement will not be honored and as such the warranty will be null and
     void).
