for the full valued of the order. KaseIT is not responsible for import
fees, custom fees and taxes or any other fees that are related to

Couriers used
We use FedEx, Airborne Express and local trucking
services. If you would like to use your own trucking service, make your own
pickup or use your own courier account number, please contact our warehouse
warehouse@KaseIT.com to make the necessary arrangements.
How to Ship & Delivery Time Expectations
We do not drop-ship to an end-user address. Shipment
will only be made to the KaseIT account holder.
For second day delivery orders and overnight delivery orders,
our goal is to ship most in-stock orders the same day when placed by 12:00
p.m. (Central Time) Monday - Friday (holidays excluded). For orders
requesting delivery by Economy Ground, we'll ship most in-stock orders by
the next Business day (typically 24 - 48 hours from receipt and credit
approval of order). Fraud prevention, credit approval, order volume, system
problems, weather conditions, and other variables can affect processing,
however. Saturday, Sunday and holiday shipments/deliveries are not available
at this time. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the
following week pending payment authorization. Choose from one of our
low-cost shipping and handling options below.
Economy Ground
Our value-priced ground service, expect delivery within four to seven
business days from shipment date unless your business is located in southern
California in which case the shipment would be delivered earlier (1-2) days.
Two-Day
Need it faster? Just place your order for in-stock items by 11 a.m. (Pacific
Time) Monday-Friday (holidays excluded) and if there are no unforeseen
delays, we'll ship it the same day. While we cannot make promises for the
carrier, delivery should be made within two business days of the shipping
date. (Note: some carriers require three-day delivery to certain
destinations.) Please include a delivery address, where someone can accept
the shipment during normal business hours.
Overnight
Choose one of our overnight services, if you need an item ASAP. Just place
your order for in-stock items by 11 a.m. (Pacific Time) and specify Next Day
delivery (approx. 6 p.m. delivery) the next business day. Delivery times may
vary for some shipment destinations, or during severe weather conditions.
Other factors can cause delays, as stated above. Certain delivery options
may not be available in some areas. Please include a delivery address, where
someone can accept the shipment during normal business hours.
International Trade
We will ship to Canada and Mexico. We will use UPS to send
packages
KaseIT is not responsible for import fees, custom fees and
taxes or any other fees that are related to International orders.
KaseIT will calculate shipping fees based on service used and weight of
shipment. KaseIT does not provide any customs services related to
importing products into your country. If you have not imported
products into your country in the past, we suggest calling FedEx at the
numbers provided below.
Duty and
tax calculations are estimates only. There are variables involved which
could affect these costs, such as exchange rate fluctuations between time of
quotation and time of clearance, merchandise processing fees, charges to
clear other regulatory agencies, and other taxes and fees that may be
assessed upon customs entry which may need to be included or excluded. Click

Since we are a full distributor and we do not sell to end-users, we do not
collect sales tax from our customers. Customers will be required to show
