Warranty:
All KRUSELL leather cases; carry a limited lifetime warranty for manufacturer defects.
Manufacturer defects include the following; Bad stitching and problems with
zippers. These
warranties only apply to the reseller with an active account with KaseIT
Inc. Warranty returns will have no dollar valued and will ONLY be
accepted by the reseller. No end-user transactions will be accepted of
any kind and Proof of purchase will be required as requested. |

Liability:
All of KaseIT’s products with the KRUSELL name are guaranteed against
manufacturer defects for 90 day with exception to all leather cases that
carry a lifetime limited warranty. The warranty is valid for all
production related failures and not for fair wear and tear. If your case
shows a defect that is related to a production failure, please bring the
case and your receipt back to the place where the product was purchased. In no
event shall KaseIT, its directors, officers, employees or other
representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or
punitive damages related to the product sold. KaseIT only warranties the
KRUSELL product against manufacturer defects and does not warranty any
other devise that may be used or indirectly used with the KRUSELL
product. |

Shipping:
KaseIT will not pay for return shipping on warranty claims. All
warranties will be shipped by ground shipment unless otherwise expedited
by request of the reseller. No shipments will be made via U. S. P.
S. All shipments back to the reseller/distributor will include
tracking information and be insured for the full value paid by the
reseller/distributor. |

Conditional claim:
All claims/returns must include a
Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
Requests can be made by e-mail:
Claims@Kaseit.com or by contacting your sales representative. Up to (4) Returns per year will be permitted
for warranty claims (we suggest that failures to merchandise be
accumulated and claims be submitted quarterly). The Lifetime
Warranty is valid only on cases, not on clips, swivels or other
accessories. Krusell warrants to the original purchaser that its
products are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
KaseIT suggests that merchants use discretion (abusive and excessive
returns can cause a violation tag on your reseller account. This
warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care,
alteration, or acts of nature such as floods, earthquakes and fire. This
warranty lasts as long as the original purchaser owns the product or the
product is discontinued by the manufacturer.
Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise
transfers the product. This warranty excludes claims for
incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty
problem. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion
may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and
you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or
country to country. Please Note: Features and specifications of
all Krusell products are subject to change without notification.
OEM and special tagging of merchandise such as manufacturing products
with a different name tag or personalizing the products, will be
replaced with product that is of normal stock unless otherwise agreed to
and accepted in writing. |

Processing time:
Please allow approximately 5 – 7 business days for your
warranty claim to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

Rights reserved:
KaseIT reserves the right to refuse an RMA or to put restrictions on
limits of RMA per calendar year. KaseIT reserves that right to
change this warranty at any time for any reason and without any due
notification to the buyers. |

Procedures:
1. Contact your assigned sales representative to notify
them of your intent.
2. E-mail claims@KaseIT.com
for an RMA number.
a. List all part
numbers, description and defects in your e-mail to our claims
department.
b. Tag all items
with a part number, description and defect. (Note: Items not properly
tagged will not be
accepted).
c. A list of the
items sent must accompany your claim.
3. Wait for an RMA number to be e-mailed back to you to authorize
the claim.
4. The RMA number must appear on the package. (If a claim is
sent in to us without an RMA number, the
package will be returned back to the
reseller/distributor at the senders/reseller/distributor expense).
5. Credit to the reseller will be made within 5-7 working days
from the date the shipment is received.
6. Shipping fees to us and back to the reseller/distributor is the
responsibility of the reseller/distributor.
7. Warranty claims will have NO monetary value.
8. Replacements will be made with the same items sent. No
substitutions will be accepted or awarded. (If an item
has been discontinued, a replacement will not be
honored and as such the warranty will be null and void). |
